We want to pass along other community resources to help as many animals as we can. These resources are both for animal and humane alike. Please take time to go like and share their pages to help spread the word!
Nardecchia Spay and Neuter Fund
This organization's mission is to battle the canine and feline over-population problem in the Cambria/Somerset communities. This is a great resource for our area and we encourage you to pass their information along.
The vision of The Ethel Fund Inc. is that no qualifying pet owner who is an established client of a participating veterinary practice will have to
deny their pet reasonable treatment due to financial hardship.
Pet Food Pantry held the 2nd and 3rd Wednesdays and Thursdays of the month from 10:00a.m. - 12:30p.m. If you are coming for the first time, please bring your photo ID and proof-of-income (ACCESS card is fine). A $1 donation is suggested to help defray our costs.
Paws House, Inc.
PAWS House, Inc. is a 501 c (3) non-profit organization run by a group of volunteers who believe that every pet is worth saving. They are raising money to build a self-sustaining community resource center and a no-kill safe haven for all pets.
Animal Friends
Animal Friends is a non-profit companion animal resource center serving the needs of pets and people in the Pittsburgh area for more than 70 years. This organization has many great resources on their site.
